The Neurology and Neurosurgery Center at "Nairi" Medical Center functions as a modern multidisciplinary service, uniting top specialists in the field with latest equipment. The center provides diagnosis and treatment of central and peripheral nervous system disorders, including headaches, epilepsy, Parkinson’s disease, dizziness, movement disorders, and more.

The department specializes in surgical treatment of brain, spinal cord, and pituitary tumors, including drug-resistant epilepsy and Parkinson’s disease. Surgeries are performed using neuronavigation, intraoperative neuromonitoring, stereotactic techniques, and endoscopic methods—without incisions.

This is the only center in Armenia where awake brain surgeries are performed, allowing the preservation of speech, motor, and sensory functions during tumor removal.
