The unique Radiotherapy Center "Erebuni" has opened.
On September 13, a new radiotherapy center, "Erebuni" was opened in Yerevan, marking a significant milestone in the development of Armenia's healthcare system. The ceremony was attended by RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Minister of Health Anahit Avanesyan, representatives of Varian and Siemens Healthineers, as well as leading specialists and doctors.
The center was built in collaboration with the American company Varian and is equipped with state-of-the-art technology for radiotherapy and radiosurgery. It features advanced systems such as Halcyon, Edge, and Bravos from Varian, alongside a Somatom go.Open Pro planning CT scanner and a Biograph mCT 64 PET scanner from Siemens Healthineers.
This unique medical facility provides modern treatments for benign and malignant tumors, enabling local and international patients to receive high-quality care without the need to travel abroad.
The opening of the "Erebuni" Radiotherapy Center promises to significantly improve access to modern oncology treatments in Armenia, providing healthcare services that meet global standards.
