The nurses in Nairi MC are perfecting their knowledge within the quality management framework

The nurses in "Nairi" MC are perfecting their knowledge within the quality management framework. Recently, our nurses completed the "Nursing Staff Training Program" which lasted about 6 months and was implemented by our partners from the European "Management Mix" company. At the end of the program, participants successfully presented a conclusive task, after which they were awarded certificates.

The trained nurses will be passing the acquired knowledge to their colleagues, who, therefore, will be contributing to the improvement of the quality system. 

We would like to remind, once again, that within the framework of the international ISO 9001:2015 quality management standard implementation and the prestigious Joint Commission International (JCI) accreditation process, in cooperation with our partners from the European "Management Mix" company, we continue the awareness trainings for the staff.
